♦ Put frozen meatballs in your crockpot.
♦ In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar and ginger.
♦ Warm the sauce in the micro wave and add ‘heat’ to taste.
♦ Pour sauce over the meatballs. Gently toss to coat meatballs with sauce.
♦ Cook on LOW for 2-3 hours, carefully stirring after an hour.
♦ Tip the lid the last 20 minutes, if needed, to thicken the sauce.
♦ Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion.
