Ingredients
  • 1 6 oz. can of tuna drained
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • 2 Tblsp. chopped onion
  • 1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
  • ½ cup Miracle Whip
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
  1. Drain tuna and mix all ingredients. Place 2 tablespoons of mixture on a bun.
  2. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

  4. tuna melt on a bun.
  5. I learned how to make these way back in 8th grade - when Home Ec. class was a requirement.

  7. been the one who passed the Scotcheroo recipe around in the area as that was our dessert!
Terri's Notes

baking sheet - with the bun top face up next to the open faced sandwich. Bun top browned
just a bit, yummy too.
