Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix in milk, egg, and butter; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin cups, fill 2/3 full with batter. ( I use mixed berries, and raspberries too.)
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
