Ingredients
  • 1.25 lbs. ground beef
  • ½ cup onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup black olives, sliced (optional)
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • water per package directions
  • 1 can crescent dinner rolls
  • 1½ cups corn tortilla chips, crushed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • tomatoes, lettuce and salsa for garnish
Instructions
  1. ♦ Brown ground beef with onions, drain. Stir in taco seasoning, water and olives.
    ♦ Simmer per package directions, about 5 minutes.
  2. ♦ Unroll crescent rolls and press triangles into a 9 inch, deep dish pie plate to create a crust. Sprinkle 1 cup of the crushed chips over bottom of unbaked crust.
    ♦ Spoon meat mixture over crushed chips.
    ♦ Spread sour cream evenly over meat.
    ♦ Cover with shredded cheese.
    ♦ Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup of crushed chips.
    ♦ Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 -30 minutes, until crust is browned and done.
    ♦ Serve with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and salsa.
