Instructions
  1. Shake, roll or coat . . .
  2. Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts in dry taco seasoning mix.
  3. Use hot or mild seasoning, your favorite brand. I can do 4 chicken pieces with one packet.
  4. Bake chicken at *325 for 30 minutes.
  5. Spoon your favorite prepared salsa over each portion. (Be generous, ~1 cup for 4 pieces)
  6. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer, until chicken juices run clear.
  7. Serve with low-fat sour cream.
  8. *One of those handy black bean/ rice mixes and a tossed salad make a great meal!
