Ingredients
  • 1 lb. of pork steak cubed
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 16 oz. can of sauerkraut* drained
  • 8 oz. kluski noodles or narrow, hearty egg noodles
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 can of water
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Instructions
  1. Cook noodles until ½ done.
  2. Brown meat with onion.
  3. In a 3 quart casserole, layer drained sauerkraut, ½ dry soup mix,
  4. noodles, pork and onions, the rest of the dry soup mix.
  5. Mix mushroom soup with water and pour over all.
  6. Bake, covered, for 90 minutes in a 300 degree oven.
Terri's Notes

-Leftover pork roast would be great~! Just brown onions, add meat and mix together.
