Ingredients
Pumpkin Pancakes
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin, pure purée not pie mix.
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tblsp. oil
  • 1 Tblsp. white vinegar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 Tblsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
Praline Syrup
  • 2¼ cups sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1½ cups water
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 teaspoon maple flavor
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tblsp. butter
Instructions
  1. Combine sugar, water, and salt, bring to a boil and boil two minutes.
  2. Remove from heat, stir in butter and flavorings.
  3. Optional: Stir in 3/4 cup chopped Pecans!
