Ingredients
- 1 can apple pie filling "with cinnamon" is yummy
- 4 to 6 pork chops
- 1-2 boxes Stove Top stuffing prepared according to directions
Instructions
- Using just a tablespoon of oil, lightly brown chops in skillet.
- Spray a 9 by 13 inch pan or baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Spread pie filling evenly over bottom of pan.
- Arrange pork chops on top of pie filling.
- Loosely spoon dressing on top of pork chops.
- Cover pan with foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
- For browned top, uncover for last 15- 30 minutes.
