Ingredients
  • 1 lb. fresh or frozen Tilapia fillets, thawed
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tblsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. dried tarragon
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
  1. ♦ Rinse Tilapia fillets, pat dry and arrange in an ungreased baking dish.
    ♦ Mix sour cream, Parmesan and seasonings.
    ♦ Spread evenly over the fish.
    ♦ Sprinkle on a ‘bit’ more cheese, paprika and tarragon for color.
    ♦ Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees, for 30-35 minutes.
  2. ♦ Sprinkle with onion and serve.
