Ingredients
  • 2/3 to 3/4 cup instant coffee granules
  • 1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
  • 1 cup powdered chocolate drink mix Nestle’s Quick type
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Put the instant coffee into a food processor or blender, and process to a fine powder. (Use the pulse button, it’s easier to keep track of what’s happening)
  2. Combine creamer, chocolate mix, instant coffee, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, in a large bowl. Stir together until well mixed.
  3. Spoon into 2 - 12 ounce jars or some other air tight container.
  4. To serve: mix 3 tablespoons of powder with 3/4 cup hot water.
Terri's Notes

-Feel free to add the whipped cream and sprinkles!
-It makes a great gift!
-If you don't have a food processor, put it into a large plastic bag, and crush with a rolling pin.

For more chocolate, less coffee....
