~ The original recipe called for 4 12 oz. boneless rib eye steaks, 1 inch thick. We tested this recipe with the Rib-eyes, New York Strips and THEN, we decided the burgers needed to be a recipe all their own. You don’t have to eat steak to enjoy the good life!
~ The leaner the meat, the easier it is to over-cook. I’m a fan of the 85/15 for grilling.
