Ingredients
  • Mix well:
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup crushed cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • ½ cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup minced onions
  • 2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • in Puta 5 X 9" loaf pan or shape into a loafa baking pan.
  • Topping
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1 Tblsp. mustard
  • 3 Tblsp. brown sugar
Instructions
  1. Mix topping, spread over meatloaf.
  2. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 ½ to 1 3/4 hours, depending on thickness of loaf.
Terri's Notes

The lower temperature keeps the loaf from shrinking and getting dry.
This is a great recipe for ground round and really lean ground beef, it stays moist.
