Ingredients
  • 12 oz. bag frozen, cooked meatballs, your favorite flavor
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks or a 1# pound bag of baby carrots
  • 1 sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 10¾ oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 10¾ oz. can of beef consommé
  • 1 envelope onion or beefy onion soup mix
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic, optional
  • 1 tsp. dried basil, optional
Instructions
  1. ♦ Spray crockpot or rub with oil.
    ♦ Put vegetables in the crock pot first.
    ♦ Top with meatballs.
    ♦ Combine water, all soups and seasoning and mix well.
    ♦ Pour over the top of all ingredients.
    ♦ Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or Low for 8, until vegetables are tender.

~ Enjoy coming home to a hot, hearty meal!
~ Serve with a salad and warm biscuits or crusty bread.
~ Spoon over buttered noodles or mashed potatoes if you like.
