Ingredients
  • 8 uncooked lasagna noodles broken
  • 1 pound ground beef cooked, drained
  • 1 Tblsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 32 oz. jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
  • 15 oz. ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms optional
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove tsp. or 1minced garlic
Instructions
  1. Spray bottom of crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place ½ of the noodle pieces in the bottom of crockpot.
  3. Top with ½ the ground beef.
  4. Mix seasoning, garlic and sauce together and spread ½ over meat.
  5. Layer ½ each of mushrooms, ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan.
  6. REPEAT all layers.
  7. Cover, and cook on LOW setting for 5 hours.
  8. A loaf of crusty bread-sliced, buttered and wrapped in foil can be warmed over the fire. Add a fresh salad and you have all the delights of home!
