Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, toss together:
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped
  • 3 Tblsp. green onions, thinly sliced
  • ½-3/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp. fresh ginger, minced or shredded
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • 2-3 Tblsp. soy sauce
In a small bowl, mix and blend until smooth:
  • 2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream, not whipped
  • Chives, optional
Instructions
  1. ♦ Spread Cream cheese mixture evenly over a meat platter sized serving plate.
    ♦ Give chicken mixture another good stir and spread evenly over the cream cheese.
  2. Drizzle with:
    ♦ 1 10 oz. jar of La Choy Sweet and Sour sauce (has to be La Choy)
  3. ♦ Cover with plastic wrap and chill until time to serve. Chilling overnight is better.
    ♦ Serve with fried wontons, rice crackers or Wheat Thins.
    ♦ Deliciously different!
