Ingredients
  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
  • 1 7-oz. box Green Giant Immunity Blend frozen vegetables or similar - seasoned broccoli carrots and pepper strips
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese jalapeño havarti or pepper jack
  • 1/2 cup chopped seeded tomato
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni chopped or ½sweet Italian sausage, browned and drained
  • 5 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
  1. Microwave broccoli, carrots and peppers as directed on package.
  2. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese into crust. Top with tomato and meat.
  3. Spoon broccoli, carrots and peppers over meat.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  5. In small bowl, beat eggs, milk and Italian seasoning. Pour egg mixture over cheese.
  6. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375° degrees or until crust is golden brown and knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
