~ No bundt pan? Pour half the batter into a 13 X 9” pan, layer on apples, ¾ of cinnamon mix. Spoon on other ½ the batter, sprinkle with last of cinnamon mix and bake. Baking time will be much shorter, toothpick should work. Serve with caramel or whipped cream.
