Ingredients
  • Sirloin steak or boneless Skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp. ginger
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • zucchini squash
  • yellow squash
  • Red potatoes par boiled and quartered
  • Yellow orange, green or red peppers
  • sweet onion
  • cherry tomatoes
  • whole Baby Bellas or button mushrooms
  • pineapple chunks
  • Any of your favorite veggies.
  • inch Cube steak and/or chicken into 1chunks
Instructions
  1. Mix sugar, ginger and soy sauce in a bowl. Stir in meat, toss to coat.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Rinse and cut up your veggies, cutting into pieces so that all will cook in about the same time. Put them in a big bowl and toss with olive oil, just to lightly coat. Season as you’d like.
  4. Gather the family and have everyone create their own favorite kabobs!
  5. Use metal skewers or wooden skewers that have been soaked in water (about 30 minutes) so they won’t burn up.
  6. Grill! Serve with a salad and fresh rolls.
