Ingredients
  • 4 eggs lightly beaten
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • cups milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 Tblsp. of butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place butter in a 13X9 inch baking dish and put it in the oven to melt and get bubbly.
  3. Whisk together 4 eggs. Add flour, milk, salt, sugar, and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour batter evenly into hot pan over the butter and bake for 30 minutes. Or until edges are just golden, it’s all puffy and center is set.
  5. Serve immediately with syrup or fresh fruit. A frozen berry blend works well if fresh fruit isn't available. A hot cinnamon apple blend would be very nice too.
  6. It’s good for breakfast, for supper, and would be a great addition to a brunch when the family gathers for the holidays!
