*Terri’s notes ~ There’s plenty of sugar in the topping for the entire dish, no need to sweeten fruit or peel it! ~ Do feel free to add a bit of almond extract to the peaches, more cinnamon to the apples. ~If you'd like a bit more pie filling consistancy and less juice, toss fruit with a couple Tblsp. of flour before topping with oatmeal mixture. ~An 8X8 inch baking dish makes a dandy 1/2 recipe for a smaller crowd!
