Ingredients
  • Boneless Chicken Breast (approximately 6 I cut them into strips)
  • 1 1/2 cups Ritz crackers one sleeve
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can mushrooms (or fresh sliced mushrooms)
  • 8 oz. sour cream
Instructions
  1. Mix crushed Ritz crackers and Parmesan cheese. Melt butter.
  2. Dip chicken breast in butter and then in dry ingredients.
  3. Place in 9 X 13" pan.
  4. Mix together mushroom soup and water.
  5. Mix well and add to this mushrooms and sour cream. Pour over chicken breast.
  6. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

  8. It is so delicious! Everyone that I have made it for has been crazy for it.
  9. I like to serve it with either mashed potatoes and green beans or I sometimes get those chicken/broccoli flavored rice packets. When I make the chicken flavored rice, I always make broccoli with it. Last time I used the garlic flavored Ritz crackers, it was tasty. The original Ritz is just as good. MMMM good! You're gonna love it!
