“Threw this together for supper, FANTASTIC!”

Ingredients
  • 4 Ciabatta rolls
  • Leftover grilled chicken breast, sliced thin
  • Swiss or Gouda cheese, sliced 1/8 -1/4 inches thick
  • Green apple, sliced thin
  • Red onion, a few thin slices, broken up into individual rings
Instructions
Sandwich Spread
  1. Mix well, set aside
    ♦ 2 Tblsp. red jam or jelly. I used raspberry jelly
    ♦ 2 Tblsp. Miracle Whip
    ♦ 1 Tblsp. spicy honey mustard
Sandwich
  1. ♦ Place open ciabatta rolls on baking sheet.
    ♦ Butter top section of each roll and cover each bottom section with a cheese slice.
    ♦ Place pan on middle, not top, rack and set oven on broil. Close oven door.
    ♦ Cook till cheese is bubbly and buttered top half is golden brown. About 5 minutes.
    ♦ Pull out of oven and quickly layer on top of bubbly cheese...
    ♦ Red onion circles
    ♦ Apple slices
    ♦ Chicken slices
  2. ♦ Spread golden underside of top half of bun with dressing mixture.
    ♦ Top off your sandwiches and serve. Yum!

~ A wonderful burst of flavors!
~ It’s good with any leftover chicken and Farmer Cheese is great too.
