Instructions
  1. Prepare 1 box (6 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing, chicken flavor, according to package directions.
  2. Roll or pound 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts to an even thickness (~1/3").
  3. Divide stuffing equally on each chicken piece.
  4. Roll up chicken around stuffing.
  5. Arrange seam side down in an 8 X 10" Pyrex baking dish.
  6. Mix 1 can (10 - 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup with ½ can of milk.
  7. Pour soup over chicken.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
  9. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
Terri's Notes

Serve with fresh asparagus or roll 1-2 fresh asparagus spears into chicken and stuffing.
Think pretty, serve with green salad or fresh green veggies or carrots, and new red, boiled potatoes!
