♦ In skillet, add another 1/4 cup butter, melt. Stir in 4 Tbsp. of flour until smooth.
♦ Add milk and water, cook and stir until thickened.
♦ Add Swiss cheese and stir until melted.
♦ Pour sauce over the chicken and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
♦ During the last 5 minutes, sprinkle with additional 1/2 cup Swiss cheese for garnish.
