Ingredients
  • 4 cups mixed lentils
  • 2 15 oz. jars of Indian Simmer Sauce-Tikka Masala
  • 3 lbs. chicken thighs, boneless/skinless
  • 2 12 oz. packages frozen squash
  • 2 13.5 oz. cans coconut milk
  • 1 32 oz. can of chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. curry, or to taste
  • 1½ tsp. Garam Masala
Instructions
  1. ♦ Mix all ingredients in Crock pot and cook 4-5 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
    ♦ Check to make sure chicken is done.
    ♦ Depending on amount of time cooked, you may cut up or shred chicken.
    ♦ Serve with warm, buttered Naan.
  2. YUMMY! And it freezes well too.
