Cherry Pork Loin
Pork Loin roast, whole boneless loin is perfect!
Lay roast, fat side up, in a roaster or pyrex baking dish.
Season with salt, pepper, and thyme to taste
Bake uncovered, at 325 degrees, for a total of 2 ½ hours,
or until meat thermometer registers 170 degrees.
*Sauce is added for the last ½ hour of bake time.
