Ingredients
  • ½ cup celery sliced
  • ¼ cup green pepper diced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese softened
  • ½ tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 cups cooked ham diced
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Steamed peas broccoli bites or asparagus, optional and to taste
  • 8 oz. egg noodles prepared, drained
Instructions
  1. In a microwave dish, combine celery and green pepper with a couple spoons of water.
  2. Microwave for 3-4 minutes, just to soften. Drain.
  3. In a large skillet, blend milk and cream cheese, stir constantly until warmed and smooth.
  4. Add seasoning, ham, celery, green pepper, cheese, and stir to blend.
  5. Add noodles and vegetables as desired, gently toss together.
  6. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with additional cheese to garnish.
  7. Cover, and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

~ Great use of leftovers and a simple make-ahead dish for a busy day or to take a friend in need of a special meal.
