Prepare 12 large Manicotti noodles according to package

Ingredients
  • Filling: mix
  • 1 pound of ground beef - browned drained
  • 1 10 oz. package spinach - chopped cooked, drained well
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • Sauce simmered together for 10 minutes
  • 1 16 oz. can tomatoes
  • 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Fill noodles with prepared filling.
  2. Arrange in a glass baking dish.
  3. Cover with sauce.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 40 minutes.
  5. Uncover and sprinkle with 1 more cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes more. (Until cheese melts and the bread is hot!)
