Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef browned
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 can tomato sauce 29 ounce
  • 1 small-medium head of cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cans beef broth 14 ounce
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large skillet, brown beef over medium high heat. Drain off fat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all but broth, mix.
  4. Pour into 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Pour beef broth over all. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven, covered, for 1 hour. Stir, replace cover, and bake for another 30 minutes.
