Ingredients
  • In a blender combine:
  • 3 sliced bananas (or 2 banana’s and strawberries or blueberries or peaches…)
  • 1 Tblsp. of honey or a ½cup of yogurt!?
  • 1 cup pineapple juice (or apple juice or orange juice or milk)
  • 2 cups of ice
  • Blend until smooth.
Terri's Notes

All you really need is ice, liquid and fruit, maybe a little yogurt, protein powder – make up your own favorite combinations.
