Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. tube crescent rolls
- 2 cups shredded or slices of sharp Cheddar or Swiss cheese
- ½ lb. pork sausage or bacon fried and drained
- vegetables of your choice chopped into small pieces
- 2 Tblsp. minced onion or more to your liking
- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Carefully unroll crescent rolls and pat into lightly greased 9x13 inch pan.
- Press seams together. If you unroll these carefully, they come close to fitting right into your pan.
- Top crescent rolls with either a single layer of sliced cheese or sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over crust.
- Sprinkle with spinach now, if adding spinach.
- Beat together milk, onion and eggs. Pour over the top.
- Sprinkle with chopped vegetables and meat.
- Bake for 30 minutes, on the middle rack, at 350 degrees.
