Ingredients
  • In a shallow bowl or pie plate mix:
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 envelope Ranch Dressing
  • In shallow bowl or pie plate:
  • ½ cup melt butter
Instructions
  1. Rinse 8 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts and pat dry.
  2. Dip chicken pieces, one at a time, in butter and then in cornflake mixture to coat.
  3. Arrange coated chicken pieces in foil-lined 9 X13 pan.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
