Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T. barbecue sauce
  • 2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 4 t. grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 t. dried oregano
  • 1/4 to 1/2 t. lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 t. onion salt
  • 4 inch bone-in pork chops 3/4thick
Instructions
  1. Combine eggs and barbecue sauce in a bowl; mix well. In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, oregano, lemon-pepper and salt. Dip chops in egg mixture, then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until juices run clear.
