Ingredients
  • 16 oz. box rigatoni noodles prepared per package directions
  • 16 oz. container ricotta cheese
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
  • 1 tsp. dried Basil
  • 1 24 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella or Italian Blend cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare rigatoni noodles, drain.
  3. Gently fold ricotta cheese into hot noodles.
  4. Stir in spaghetti sauce, seasonings, parmesan and 1 cup of mozzarella.
  5. Pour into a 2 qt. casserole dish, greased with a little olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle with another cup of mozzarella.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, until hot and all cheese is melted.
Terri's Notes

~ This is a great dish- serve as a side, a meatless meal-or add meat. Take it to a potluck or
share it with a friend in need. You can make it ahead and bake when it's time to serve.
~ I used my favorite spices, use your own or just an Italian blend.
~ Spice it up with some Sweet Italian sausage, cooked and drained, or sauté extra veggies
in olive oil with a little garlic - mushrooms, zucchini, shredded carrot, fresh peppers and
add in before baking?
