Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup milk (or more depending on how much fish your cooking)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • fresh or frozen fish fillets completely thawed and drained
  • 1/4 pound cup fine dry bread crumbs/perof fish
  • 1/4 pound cup grated Parmesan cheese/perof fish
  • melted butter or butter flavored cooking spray
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375° and butter your baking dish.
  2. 30 minutes before you're ready to start, blend together the milk and salt in a shallow bowl and soak fish.
  3. In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and maybe a sprinkle of paprika.
  4. Drain fish.
  5. Roll fish fillets in crumb mixture.
  6. Arrange in baking dish. Drizzle with a little melted butter or spritz top with cooking spray.
  7. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets.
  8. Fish should flake easily with a fork when done.
Terri's Notes

~ Use your favorite fish. Sole, Haddock, Talapia, Orange Roughy, Cod
~ For those of you who don't like a "fishy taste', soaking your fish in milk for 30 minutes draws out that fishy taste!
