Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 medium apples peeled and diced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Beat eggs, flour, milk, sugar and salt in small mixing bowl on medium speed for 1 minute. Prepare apples and fold into mixture.
  3. Place butter in a 9"x13" glass pan and put in oven just until melted. Remove pan from oven and pour egg mixture in pan. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered until puffed and golden, about 25-30 minutes. Serve immediately as it will sink. Serve with warm syrup.
