Ingredients
  • Enough to feed a family and easy enough for the kids to help prepare!
  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Russian salad dressing
  • 1-8 oz. jar apricot jam
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
Instructions
  1. Place chicken breasts in a 13X9" baking dish or pan.
  2. Mix dressing, jam and soup mix.
  3. Pour ½ of mixture over chicken, cover with foil.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Uncover, spread remaining jam mixture over chicken.
  6. Return to oven, uncovered, and bake for 30 minutes longer.

Good served over rice.
